Airports

Our skills, expertise and experience enable us to build wildlife management programs to reduce your wildlife hazard risk.
Airports have significant risks associated with wildlife strike necessitating strategic planning and effective action in mitigating and managing wildlife hazards. Hazards can arise from vertebrate pest animals including birdlife, problem native wildlife & feral animals.

We conduct baseline hazard assessment and a site visit to understand site specific operations and identify existing wildlife hazards. We conduct a risk assessment based on scientific analysis of monitoring data collected, species observed, animal behaviour and site location and characteristics. We then develop a wildlife management plan including recommendations for ongoing monitoring, mitigation, management action and control activities.

Our team have airside training and experience, security clearances and understand airside safety and protocols. We have experience at capital city, regional and remote airports in northern Australia.
